The Adventures Of Peter Rabbit - Cobtree

ABOUT

To mark 160 years since the birth of Beatrix Potter, the Hazlitt Theatre, Parkwood Theatres and Maidstone Borough Council return to entertain local communities with their hotly anticipated Open Air Summer Tour.

After one too many visits to Mr. McGregor’s garden, can Peter Rabbit, Benjamin and Cotton Tail, evade him and his sneaky sidekicks Mr. Tod and Tommy Brook, to retrieve Peter’s beloved jacket? With a whole host of woodland creatures (and talking vegetables) to meet along the way, you will have to join us to find out, in this family classic reimagined for every generation!

With the returning team of Olivier Award winning Composer Lyricist Darren Clark and prolific Hazlitt Productions Director Jenny Clark, along with a cast of professional and community actors, this production offers a unique spin on the beloved classic tales.

So expect the characters and stories you love with a modern twist to engage all ages and bring families and communities together this summer. Grab your picnic basket and a blanket and join us for an afternoon of fun and laughter.

Now in its sixth year the Hazlitt Theatre, Parkwood Theatres and Maidstone Borough Council return to entertain local communities with their hotly anticipated Open Air Summer Tour.  From the team that brought you Alice in Wonderland, Robin Hood, Treasure Island, The Three Musketeers and Wind in the Willows, the Hazlitt Open Air Summer Tour brings professional touring theatre to your doorstep, thanks to funding from Maidstone Borough Council.

With all tickets £5, or group of 4 tickets for £15, everybody is welcome. Bring your own picnic, seating and shade (or rain shelter as long as you are mindful of your neighbours!) for this tale of epic adventure, set against some of Maidstone's most scenic outdoor venues.  Join us this summer for The Adventures of Peter Rabbit!
