We are passionate about making the arts accessible to everyone and inspiring the next generation of theatre-goers, performers, and creative practitioners.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious Youth & Outreach Manager to lead and develop the Hazlitt Institute of Performing Arts.
As Youth & Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering a dynamic programme of activities that engage young people and communities across Maidstone and the surrounding area.
You will build strong relationships with schools, community groups, local organisations, and participants, ensuring that the Hazlitt Theatre remains at the heart of cultural and creative activity within the borough.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced arts educator, youth engagement professional, or community arts practitioner who is passionate about using the arts to inspire, educate, and connect people.
We are looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and strong organisational skills to this role.
