How to book

Tickets will be held at Box Office for you unless you wish to receive them in the post (in which case there will be a £1 charge). Please bring your confirmation email or the card you paid with when collecting your tickets. Alternatively for most shows there will be the option of selecting e-tickets which you can print or show on your phone to gain admission.

Online Bookings

The Hawth’s online booking service offers a secure way of booking tickets with the option of choosing your own seats.

We would ask wheelchair users, hard of hearing or visually impaired patrons, those with special access or seating requirements, and those using Hawth vouchers to call the Box Office on 01293 553636.

If you are booking online with us for the first time, we advise you to create an account before looking for tickets as they will only be held for a certain time and may be released before you finish creating your account.

Offline Bookings

Personal Bookings: We are not currently accepting personal bookings at Box Office due to the ongoing pandemic.

Telephone Bookings: During the pandemic we are offering a phone booking service Monday - Friday 12noon - 4pm on 01293 553636.

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit/debit cards. Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

Refunds and Exchanges

The Box Office will issue a venue credit voucher for returned tickets as long as the tickets are returned at least a week before the performance. If the show is sold out or the tickets are returned less than a week before the show we will have to ensure a buyer for the tickets before we can offer a credit. Any credit given is valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issue. There will be a charge of £1 per ticket for this service.
