Online bookings
Book tickets online quickly and securely through our website. You can browse upcoming performances, choose your seats , and receive your tickets instantly by email for most performances.
If you're booking with us for the first time, creating an account will allow you to manage your bookings and access your tickets online.
Offline bookings
If you'd prefer to speak to someone, our Customer Support team can help you book tickets in person or over the phone. We're happy to assist with accessibility bookings, memberships, gift vouchers.

Secure My Booking
Ticket Refund Protection with Secure My Booking
We’ve partnered with Secure My Booking to give you extra peace of mind when booking your tickets.
Plans can change. If something unexpected means you can’t attend your event, adding ticket protection allows you to apply for a refund of 100% of your ticket cost, subject to the terms.
You can add this protection during checkout on most performances.
What’s covered?
If you choose to add Secure My Booking, you can apply for a refund if you’re unable to attend due to:
- Accident or illness affecting the ticket holder
- Death of the ticket holder or an immediate family member
- Travel delays or disruption
- Adverse weather preventing attendance
- Burglary, fire or flood at your home
And more.
What’s not covered?
There are some exclusions to be aware of:
- Event cancellation by the venue (you’ll be refunded directly by us in this case)
- Changing your mind or deciding not to attend
- The protection fee itself
- Not attending without a valid reason
- Circumstances due to a lack of reasonable care

Need to make a claim?
Making a claim is simple and done online.
If you’re unable to attend your event, submit your request within 60 days of the event date at:
www.ticket-refunds.com
You’ll be asked to provide supporting documents depending on your reason.
Please note: the venue cannot process refund requests unless an event is cancelled.
Discounts
A variety of performances offer discounted ticket prices for selected audiences. Depending on the event, discounts may be available for children, students, seniors, groups, and eligible accessibility customers.
Any available discounts will be displayed during the booking process.
Children under 16 years old (children over 18 months require their own ticket)
Senior Citizens people in receipt of a state pension
Students people over 16 and in full-time education

Groups/Schools groups of 10 or more. One teacher free for every 10 pupils

Only one discount may be claimed for each ticket. Please note not all discounts apply to all productions.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are a great way to treat friends and family to a future visit. They can be purchased online or through the Box Office and redeemed against most performances.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers can be emailed or are available in a presentation card.
Other information
E-tickets are sent by email immediately after purchase and can be presented on your mobile device or printed at home.
If you lose your tickets, our Box Office team can usually resend them.
If you are collecting your tickets, these will be held at the Box Office for you. Please bring your confirmation email or the card you paid with when collecting your tickets.
To ensure everyone enjoys the performance, we ask that mobile phones are switched to silent and that photography, filming, and audio recording are not used unless specifically permitted for the event.
Pushchairs are not allowed in the main auditorium or our Studio, but we may be able to keep them for you, subject to available space.

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit/debit cards. Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. The Hawth is a cashless venue.
