Please bring your confirmation email or the card you paid with if collecting your tickets.
Alternatively, for most shows, there will be the option of selecting e-tickets that you can print or show on your phone to gain admission.
Our online booking service offers a secure way to book with the option of choosing seats.
We would ask that wheelchair users, hard of hearing or visually impaired patrons, those with special access or seating requirements, to call the Box Office on 01293 553636 (Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm).
Important: Please be aware of social media accounts offering 'unwanted' tickets for sale. In order to protect our customers we advise you to never purchase tickets in this way. Hawth tickets are only available from our box office, website, and through selected authorised agents.
If you do have tickets you are unable to use, please contact our team and they will be happy to help.
Personal Bookings: Please note, we don't currently accept personal bookings at Box Office.
Telephone Bookings: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm on 01293 553636.
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit/debit cards. Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. The Hawth is a cashless venue.
The Box Office will issue a venue credit voucher for returned tickets, as long as the tickets are returned at least a week before the performance.
If the show is sold out or the tickets are returned less than a week before the show, we will have to ensure a buyer for the tickets before we can offer credit.
Any credit given is valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. There will be a charge of £1 per ticket for this service.
Customers with Access requirements please click here for further information.
Only one discount may be claimed for each ticket. Please note not all discounts apply to all productions.
Our gift vouchers are available from the Box Office and online to any value. They are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Vouchers can be emailed or are available in a presentation card and can be redeemed against any performance at The Hawth.
