The Hawth Dance Studio

The Hawth remains closed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, however Urban City's classes continue in a covid-safe socially distanced environment. 

Our Dance Studio and creative space The Loft offer great opportunities to try new activities, have fun and meet new people.

Whilst the pandemic has reduced the programme for the moment, we are still offering the activities below and many more will be added in the coming weeks and months.

CHILDREN'S CLASSES

Urban City Street Dance

Looking for the most dynamic and up to date street dance classes in the area?

Urban City brings weekly street dance classes for boys and girls of all levels aged from 5 to adult. If you would like the chance to perform across some of the biggest platforms in Sussex or are inspired by the likes of Diversity and shows like Got To Dance, join us each week at The Hawth, as we train and develop you to become the best dancer you can be.

Looking for the most dynamic and up to date street dance classes in the area?

Urban City bring weekly street dance classes for boys and girls of all levels aged from 5 to adult. 

Mondays

5-7 years: 4.15pm - 5pm

8-12 years: 5.15pm - 6.15pm

8-12 years: 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Tuesdays: 

8-12 years: 5.15pm - 6.15pm

Teens: 6.30pm - 7.30pm

ADULT CLASSES

We hope to re-introduce the following classes upon re-opening.

Classes open to all, no matter what level of your ability.

Dance For Fun

Wednesdays 7-8pm

Learn routines to popular songs past and present and movie soundtracks.

Tickets: £5

Dance For Couples

Wednesdays 8-9pm  

Learn short routines and the moves you love to watch on Strictly. 

Tickets: £8 per couple

Keep fit without feeling like you’re doing exercise. Our adult classes guarantee to bring you a lot of fun as we provide some of the most up to date choreography straight from the London commercial and street dance scenes. Suitable for all levels.
