The Playhouse Theatre has flat level access into the foyer and a platform lift to the stalls level of the auditorium where up to four wheelchairs and companions can be accommodated.

The following dimensions are the maximum size of vehicle/equipment our lift can accommodate: 

• Max. length - 56 inches or 1420mm
• Max. width - 35 inches or 890mm

To ensure that we fully understand your Access requirements, wheelchair spaces and companion seats can only be booked by phoning the Playhouse box office on 01934 645544. The Playhouse theatre has a dedicated accessible toilet and a low level Box Office counter.

Guide dogs are permitted in The Playhouse, please call the Box Office 01934 645544 to be arranged at the time of booking.

The Playhouse offers a range of family shows in the theatre throughout the year to entertain children of all ages and their families.

Please note space is very limited here at The Playhouse. Where possible, please avoid bringing buggies/pushchairs/walkers to the venue. Any equipment left unattended is done so at the owners risk, the venue cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.
