If you’re planning on visiting us, below you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your visit to the theatre.

We’re committed to making your visit to The Playhouse an accessible and enjoyable experience. 

Discounted Tickets

The Playhouse has an Access Membership Scheme which is free to to join and offers patrons with Access requirements discounted ticket on certain shows. Proof of eligbaility is required - please contact the Box Office on 01934 645544 or email wsmboxoffice@parkwoodtheatres.co.uk for more information. We have a limited number of dedicated Accessible seating for Wheelchair users available, so early booking is advised. 

Disabled Access

The Playhouse Theatre has flat level access into the foyer and a platform lift to the stalls level of the auditorium where up to four Manual wheelchairs and companions can be accommodated. To ensure that we fully understand your Access requirements, wheelchair spaces and companion seats can only be booked by phoning the Playhouse box office on 01934 645544. The Playhouse theatre has a dedicated Accessible toilet and a low level box office counter.

Facilities for Blind or Visually Impaired Patrons

Guide dogs are permitted in The Playhouse, please call the Box Office 01934 645544 as this must be arranged at the time of booking.

Family Access

The Playhouse offers a range of family shows in the Theatre throughout the year to entertain children of all ages and their families.

To help make your visit to The Playhouse as easy and enjoyable as possible we offer the following family facilities:
