Join Janice Gooch, Principal Conservation Officer at Maidstone Borough Council, as she dives into Maidstone’s iconic historical buildings, uncovering their history and importance in shaping Maidstone to the town it is today. This talk will provide a brief overview of Maidstone’s historical buildings, and spotlight important religious buildings such as Archbishops Palace and St Peter’s Church, as well as Corpus Christi Hall, the Granada Cinema (Bingo Hall) and Len House. A welcome drink will be provided for ticket holders.
