Online bookings

Tickets can be purchased securely via our online booking system at any time. You can view our full theatre seating plan here.

In person / telephone bookings

You can book tickets by visiting our Box Office in person, Monday - Saturday* 10am - 3pm, or by calling our Box Office team on 01933 270 007.

*Excluding bank holidays, where our Box Office will be closed.

Payment methods

We are an entirely cashless venue. This means that we won't accept any cash as a form of payment, at either the Box Office or the Bar. Chip and pin and contactless payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) will be accepted as normal.

Card payments will appear on your bank statement as 'Parkwood Theatres'.

We accept Theatre Tokens as a form of payment. We also sell and top up Theatre Tokens. This is only available directly with the Box Office, by phone or in-person.

Ticket delivery

We encourage customers to use the E-ticket option - please have these ready on your mobile device to be presented to our Stewards (no printing required!). Alternatively, customers will be able to collect the tickets from the Box Office prior to the event, or select postal delivery for a fee.

Refunds

Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancelled or rescheduled performance.

Should a performance be cancelled or rescheduled, the customer will have a choice of either a credit refund* or a refund via the original payment method (or BACS, where this is not possible).

*Credit refunds are made to the customers' Castle Theatre account. All account credit will expire one year after it is applied, if not used before then.

Exchanges and ticket resales

Once purchased, all tickets are non-exchangeable between different events. Tickets can however be exchanged within a run of a performance, subject to availability. Exchanges made within 5 days of the performance will be subject to a 75p fixed administration fee per ticket.

For sold out shows only, tickets can be returned to the Box Office for resale no later than 7 days prior to the performance date; customers will receive a credit refund valid for one year. For tickets returned within 7 days of the performance date for resale (sold out shows only), the Box Office must guarantee a buyer for the tickets before a credit refund can be offered.

Discounts/offers and concessions

Concession prices are clearly listed in our brochure and online against each show. Our standard concessions are available for Under 16s, Over 60s, Students, Jobseekers, Disabled Patrons and Blue Light Card holders/NHS workers. Please note, not all of these concession discounts apply to all performances.

Customers must state concessions or offers that they are entitled to at the time of booking as they cannot be applied retrospectively.

Discounts and special offers may be limited or subject to availability. Only one discount applies per ticket.

Discounts are available on selected shows for NHS workers and Blue Light Card holders (valid per ticket for those eligible, not per order). Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office and online; ID must be shown when collecting tickets.

'Infant in arms' tickets are available on selected shows - these allow an adult to sit a child under 18 months* on their lap during a performance at no extra cost. This ticket type is only available for purchase at the Box Office (in person or phone).

*The age limit on 'infant in arms' tickets is subject to change based on our agreement with show promoters. Please see individual show pages for more information; alternatively, please contact the Box Office.

And more.

What’s not covered?
