Front of House & Catering Manager 

Castle Theatre, Wellingborough is looking for a Front of House & Catering Manager. The Ideal Candidate will have experience of managing a customer service and retail team in a theatre/restaurant or similiar environment at a very high standard. They will be able to build strong relationships with customers, clients and employees using their own positive approach to problem solving. 

Demonstrating clear indentification with customer requirements they will have the ability to work as part of the senior management team of Castle Theatre as well as on their own initiative. Regular evening and weekend show and event management will be undertaken and the successful candidate will also be responsible for the training of a team of Duty Managers and other venue staff to their own exemplary customer and retail service standards. To that end, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. 

Heath and Safety is a vital focus for the company and the Front of House & Catering Manager will have, or recieve, the appropriate level of training and qualification commensurate with managing a large public building. Additional training will also be provided for any specialist IT systems in use at the venue. 

Salary - up to £25K per annum
