Our ticket booking software Spektrix Ltd (UK entity) and Spektrix Inc (US entity) have entered into recognised EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK International Data Transfer agreements which ensure lawful transfers of personal data to non-EU/EEA countries. Spektrix will continue to maintain and review our compliance with data protection regulations and security processes.
