Six Grooves for Ukulele Workshop

Six Grooves For Ukulele - Be Part Of It!

Richard Durrant (ukulele virtuoso, composer and sometime producer of The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain) will prepare and rehearse a group of ukulele players to perform in the concert taking place on 21 April. 

Come along to three workshops and be part of the performance:

Tuesday 10 April 7pm Ukulele Circuit Training (1 hour)

Tuesday 17 April 7pm Six Grooves Prep (45mins)

Saturday 21 April 11am Six Grooves Prep (45mins), 5.30pm Orchestral Rehearsal (1 hour), 7.30pm Concert

All ukulele participants need to play a soprano or tenor uke in conventional uke tuning - i.e gCEA or ‘My Dog Has Fleas’ with a high, or reentrant, bottom string.

Cost: £35 per player which includes your concert ticket plus a Six Grooves Passport to perform at future performances worldwide (passport holders may need to buy a ticket for other performances)
