The Richard Durrant Orchestra

Six Grooves For Ukulele

World class concert guitarist, ukulele virtuoso and composer Richard Durrant and orchestra perform the long awaited new work for solo Ukulele, Strings, Percussion, Keyboards, Bass and Antiphonal Ukuleles (made up of uke players from the local community).

The Richard Durrant Orchestra features a full string section plus Chris Brannick and Stephen Hiscock (percussion), Howard Beach (keyboards) and Gareth Hugh Davis (bass).

In addition to the ukulele concerto the programme also includes Richard Durrant’s Cycling Music for guitar, bicycle percussion and orchestra and The Girl at The Airport for guitar and strings.
