The Happiness You Deserve

Your journey to improved physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

An intensive course combining mindfulness, positive psychology, stress reduction, happiness activities, entertainment and information that will equip with tools that you can apply to your daily lives. The courses run for 5 weeks, each session running for 4 hours in the Tennyson Room at The Hawth. Courses begin 19 October and 11 January. Cost: £290. Crawley Borough Council works in partnership with various community groups and organisations to encourage engagement in cultural activities. We have a busy events programme throughout the year, visit crawley.gov.uk/events to find out more.

We also support a range of classes and activities to help improve everyone's health and wellbeing. Whether you just want some general advice, need help dealing with stress, want to lose weight and get fitter or simply to improve your general health, we have a variety of programmes that may help.

An integrated dance company for people with learning difficulties and disabilities and volunteers (14+ years)
