The Happiness You Deserve
Your journey to improved physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
An intensive course combining mindfulness, positive psychology, stress reduction, happiness activities, entertainment and information that will equip with tools that you can apply to your daily lives. The courses run for 5 weeks, each session running for 4 hours in the Tennyson Room at The Hawth. Courses begin 19 October and 11 January. Cost: £290. See rewiringyourself.org for details and tickets.
